How to Activate the Data Bonus

1. Choose the data bonus.
2. Enter the Maroc Telecom number (+212).
3. Complete your payment.
4. Your data bonus will be activated or renewed.

• 1GB Data Bonus -Valid for 3 days
• 2GB Data Bonus -Valid for 7 days
• 3GB Data Bonus -Valid for 10 days
• 5GB Data Bonus – Valid for 1 month
• 10GB Data Bonus -Valid for 1 month
• 20GB Data Bonus – Valid for 2 months

Important Information

• Available only for Maroc Telecom (+212) numbers.
• Please check the phone number carefully before payment.
• The selected data bonus will be activated or renewed after payment confirmation.
• If a data bonus is already active, the selected bonus will be applied according to the operator’s terms and conditions.

Processing Time

Most orders are completed within 5–60 minutes after payment confirmation.
In some cases, processing may take longer depending on the time of day, weekends, public holidays, or service workload.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued if the top-up cannot be completed due to one of the following reasons:

• an incorrect phone number was provided;
• the eSIM/SIM card is inactive;
• the top-up cannot be completed due to technical issues.

Refunds to a bank card usually take 2–3 business days.
PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours.

• Once the data bonus has been successfully activated, it cannot be refunded.
