eSIM Delivery

  • eSIM orders are delivered digitally by e-mail.
  • Most eSIMs are delivered within 10 minutes to 2 hours after payment confirmation, depending on the selected eSIM product and current order volume.

SIM Card Delivery Spain

We ship prepaid SIM cards across Spain using:

  • MRW Express – delivery within 48  hours on mainland Spain
  • Correos.es – delivery within 3-7 business days

Please note that Spanish prepaid SIM cards require customer identification for activation. After placing your order, we may request your personal details in accordance with Spanish telecommunications regulations.

International Shipping

Orders shipped outside Spain are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • International shipments are sent via Correos Spain and include a tracking number.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • Worldwide: 7-14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on local postal services and customs procedures.

Mobile Top-Ups

Mobile top-up and recharge services are processed electronically.

  • Most top-ups are completed within a few minutes after payment confirmation.
  • Please verify the mobile number before placing your order.
  • International mobile top-ups and PIN codes are non-refundable once processed or delivered.
  • Spanish mobile top-ups may be refunded within 6 hours of purchase, provided that the balance has not been used or consumed.

Returns & Refunds

Physical SIM cards may be returned if they have not been activated or used.

  • If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us by the postal service, we will issue a refund after receiving the returned item.
  • If a customer wishes to return a physical SIM card, the item must first be sent back to us.
  • Once received and inspected, a refund may be issued provided that the SIM card has not been activated, used or damaged.
  • Return requests must be approved before shipping the item back.

Due to the nature of digital products, eSIM refunds are generally not available once delivered. In certain cases, refund requests may be considered at our discretion.
