3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • You accept these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues or incorrect information.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.

We currently accept:

  • Credit and Debit Cards via BBVA Redsys
  • PayPal

Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation.

5. eSIM Products

eSIM products are delivered digitally by e-mail.

Customers are responsible for verifying device compatibility before purchasing an eSIM.

Most eSIM orders are delivered within 10 minutes to 2 hours after payment confirmation, depending on the selected product and order volume.

Due to the nature of digital products, eSIM refunds are generally not available once delivered. In certain cases, refund requests may be considered at our discretion.

6. SIM Card Activation

Certain prepaid SIM cards require customer identification and activation in accordance with Spanish telecommunications regulations. Spanish law requires identification of prepaid SIM card users before activation.

Customers may be required to provide identification details before activation can be completed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Physical SIM cards are shipped within Spain and internationally.

Estimated delivery times are available on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Physical SIM cards may be returned if they have not been activated or used.

If a shipment is returned to us by the postal service, a refund may be issued after the returned item is received.

Refunds for returned physical SIM cards may be issued after inspection and verification that the product has not been activated, used or damaged.

International mobile top-ups and PIN codes are non-refundable once processed or delivered.

Spanish mobile top-ups may be refunded within 6 hours of purchase, provided that the balance has not been used or consumed.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate order information
  • Ensuring device compatibility before purchasing eSIM products
  • Complying with applicable local laws and regulations
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account information where applicable

10. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and website content.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by postal services or third parties
  • Device incompatibility
  • Customer input errors during ordering
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
