How to Top Up

2. Enter the E-Plus number (+34).
3. Complete your payment.
4. Receive your top-up.

Important Information

• Available only for E-Plus Spain (+34) numbers.
• Please check the phone number carefully before payment.
• Top-ups are processed after payment confirmation.

Processing Time

Most orders are completed within 5–60 minutes after payment confirmation.
In some cases, processing may take longer depending on the time of day, weekends, public holidays, or service workload.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued if the top-up cannot be completed due to one of the following reasons:

• an incorrect phone number was provided;
• the eSIM/SIM card is inactive;
• the top-up cannot be completed due to technical issues.

Once a top-up has been successfully completed, refunds are generally not available.
Refunds to a bank card usually take 2–3 business days.
PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours.
